Bengals had one left for old rival Cleveland, but won't travel well to Miami. The C-boys will be happy to have their tickets to South Beach paid for and will be partying it up. Most of the Cincy team won’t care about football, half the team will be texting rappers to see where the big after-party is going on, probably starting out in the Miami locker room.

The Ravers would love to pound Pittsburgh for them to take to the playoffs with them. Likely it will be Charlie Batch starting for the gimpy Ben Rothlisberger, and that will negate the weakness in the Baltimore secondary. Ravers close it out with another close one, but still manage to collapse in the end.

Moore has been more for Carolina over the last couple weeks. That would be rookie QB Matt Moore. Moore stepped in and took over the reigns as the starting QB for the team and only led them to an upset victory over Seattle and then last week played well enough for Carolina to cover as an 11 point underdog. The Bucs pulled starters out last week and Gruden has already committed to sitting them in this contest. Still in a battle of second strings Tampa’s team will be playing at home still focusing on football, against a team who is probably distracted by making appointments for golf outings or bowl games this week.

Indy will also be on cruise control in this game, and for Tennessee everything will be on the line as they play for a postseason birth. Not the best circumstances for Indy as a physical determined division rival comes in with some urgency, in a game Indy just wants to cruise through without anyone getting hurt. If you put any stock in history Tony Dungys team’s record in the last few weeks of the season is as bad as his preseason mark, including failing to cover the final game of the season for like the last 5 years. Care to try and take them points here?

New Orleans still has a shot at the postseason, but needs to get by Chicago and some help. Chicago showed up last week, and will be going all out again this week. New Orleans sees its season end in the snow of Chicago as it did last year, once again this year.

Cleveland cracked a clunker out in Cincinnati last week, and now are on the outside of the playoff picture looking in. Hard to believe that based on where they were a couple weeks ago. There is talk of Cleveland resting their starters even in this game on the chance that they could back into the playoffs. The sour remarks coming from some of the soldiers in Cleveland tells a different picture. A Big shout out to some of my boys who will be attending this debacle! Be sure to wear your NFL Edge T-shirts as our spotters will be there loaded with prizes if they spot any of you, maybe some Cleveland fans will get to go home happy. Otherwise, all the other Cleveland fans will just be experiencing another late season let down and heading off into the offseason.

Denver tries to give their fans some holiday cheer. The Vikes can still get into the postseason with a win and some help, and could know of their fate by kickoff time. That would make the outcome of this one much easier to predict. Remember a team with a broken spirit usually leads to a broken bank account.

Oakland will be featuring the future in this one as JaMarcus Russell should be making his first pro start. Fortunately for him it will be a San Diego team that has clinched and might not be very interested. However there is still some incentive for San Diego to win this game, as they look to leap frog over Pittsburgh and avoid having to play Jacksonville in the first playoff game. San Diegos backups are better than many of the Oakland starters, or shall we say first time starters.
