Carolina at Philadelphia -9.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! The Eagles are back! Was a tough week last week without a lock like Philly to bet on. Like I said two weeks ago, until I actually see someone who can stop Philly I'm taking them every week! I like the Panthers and they did cover last week. That is much better than this banged up team will fare in Philly.
Cincinnati at Cleveland -3.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! The Battle of Ohio. A big game if you will as the loser here will face the dubious doubts of the basement. So a win can help with either team. Cleveland struggled against Pittsburgh, but that was in a tough place, considering all the injuries they actually fared better than I thought. Cincy hasn't really fared that well all season, but coming in off a bye they are healthier than Cleveland. Cleveland has enough running game to slow them down, but I am concerned about their Defense. I'm thinking Carson Palmer will have a big day against the eroding Browns defense.
Green Bay at Detroit -2.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! I gotta think Detroit is the up and comer here looking for a changing of the guard statement game. Heres a stat that kinda jumps out at you, that is if you have checked out our Extreme Stats. "Detroit are 5-0-0 ATS in their last 5 home games against Green Bay" Yet despite the1-4 record, the trashings administered thus far, I love Brett Farve in the underdog role this week. Yes, even though it's in a dome and especially after a big loss Monday night. The Green Bay Defense looked like that stuff they wear on their heads though, Cheese. QB Joey Harrington should find a way to slice that up though, even if his top target is now gimpy. The best play may be the over in this one, but I gotta go with the old pro in a bounce back game boldly bucking a bevy of trends.
Houston at Tennessee -5.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! What happened Monday night for the Titans? I mean I know what happened but where was that team the OTHER three times I had them? They looked pretty darn impressive is all I know. Houston is decent I will say that and they have spanked me more times than one this year. Still that Tennessee team we all saw Monday night is the one I expect to show up again this Sunday in Nashville.
 Kansas City at Jacksonville +1.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! A tough game for both, KC got back on track before their bye salvaging their season, and yet I love the Jags at home. Jacksonville has had a bit of adversity since their 3-0 start and for a young team like that - it could be difficult to get it turned around. I don't like the match up of that KC defense against the Jacksonville offense, but if KC gets the same type of effort that they did from their offense in Baltimore they will be on their way to turning it around.
Miami at Buffalo -4.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! Wow a battle of winless teams. What was once the leagues Marquee rivalry, is now a who cares battle of runner ups making the battle for Ohio seem big time. The only implications in this game may be who gets the number one pick. Oh but Buffalo gave that away for QB JP Losman. Alas someone has to win this game. Miami is down to its third string QB Sage Rosenfels (no relation to Marcel from what I understand) who isnt even as good as Losman. Buffalo Breaks the Ice.
San Diego at Atlanta -4.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! A surprisingly interesting game in Atlanta. The young Falcons have thus far struggled as favorites just downright getting beat by the Lions and getting covered in their last couple at home. This could be another one as the Chargers have been busting up parlays all season. Vick has got to run wild for Atlanta to get back on track, but LaDamian Tomlinson could be back running wild for San Diego too. I still like the Atlanta Defense to get things rolling the right way for the Falcons this week. In what could turn out to be a very entertaining game.

Just when the Doc thought Georgia was ready to take command of the SEC...oh well. Gotta love the college game, that's all I'm gonna say about that. Another interesting week coming up, and a good chance to see if some of these teams are for real. Virginia at Florida State -2.5GET THE LIVE COLLEGE FOOTBALL BETTING LINES This will be Virginia's big test. Are they for real? Is it time to really start to take the Cavaliers seriously? Florida State will start QB Wyatt Sexton, and he's been pretty good in relief of Chris Rix (please, somebody put that kid to pasture). The Doc sees this as a low scoring affair - neither offense will be able to do much against the other's fast, strong D. Doc likes Virginia to pull out what will be considered an upset over a premier program in a tough environment. Florida State will lose another battle of field goals...

Wisconsin at Purdue -7.5GET THE LIVE COLLEGE FOOTBALL BETTING LINES Wisconsin hasn't really faced a good offense yet, so their number one defensive ranking might be a bit inflated. We'll see this week as they face Purdue and their "basketball on grass" offense led by Kyle Orton. Orton was the talk of the town after burning Notre Dame for 41 points, but the Boilermakers came back to earth last week in a narrow win at Penn State. If Orton wins this one, he will become the odds on favorite for the Heisman. Doc, of course, is picking the great defense over the glamorous offense. Barry Alvarez and his troops will stuff Orton, and RB Anthony Davis will help control the clock. Wisconsin steals one on the road.

New England the consummate winner, looking every bit as super as we thought in the preseason. Sitting there at 4-0 having dispatched rival Miami, they have got to be feeling pretty good. The ONLY thing to think about here is that they have the also 4-0 Jets coming up next week, and there might be a chance they could possibly be looking past Seattle a little bit. Seattle squandered a huge lead in the 4th qtr at home. Yet they are still a very good team and getting embarrassed like that can wake them up! Is New England ripe for a letdown game. Whats gonna happen if this is a tight game going into the fourth quarter and New Engl starts to Rally, those guys feel that they WILL win any close game - that's their style. Whats Seattle gonna think - here we go again. Big Collapses have weird effects on teams.
San Francisco at N.Y. Jets -9.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! Sure San Fran gets its first W the one week I don't pick their sorry team! They still needed to come back from 16 down in the last 5 minutes to do it. Even though these are the Jets they wont be squandering any big leads, and I do think they will certainly get out front, and big. Then for good measure they will keep adding to it, as they will be giving the Niners a big dose of old Curtis Martin and I say he breaks one off late to get the Jet ahead by the required margin!
Washington at Chicago -1.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! Things are certainly not getting rosier in Redskinland. After an opening day win the Skins have been getting skinned. Chicago has been pretty solid and battled everyone close. At home the Bears can be trouble, even with a bad offense that should be even worse behind a back up QB. The Redskins may have lost but that defense didn't allow an offensive TD. The Bears offense isnt quite as good as Baltimores, and the Defense and specials are respectable but not quite there either. Joe Gibbs teams don't quit, they didn't quit Sunday night and they wont quit on this one, the Defense comes up big, Clinton Portis doesn't put the ball on the ground this game and Skins get the upset!
Denver at Oakland +2.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! The Raiders have really regressed, and despite seeming that K. Collins would be an improvement for the Raiders, they have struggled. Yet this week is not Indy in their homer dome, its Denver and its seemingly endless array of running backs. The Broncs have been winning but havent been world beaters either. An angry Raider team getting pasted on the road a couple of times, takes it out on the rival Broncos this week with some help from a late Jake Plummer pick.

Pittsburgh at Dallas -1.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! This is a HUGE game for Dallas! Recall my saying they were a better team this year and they wouldn't have as many wins. They will struggle in this game again, and that Defense will have to get to the otherwise incredibly poised rookie QB "big" Ben Rothlisberger. They will as big Ben hasn't seen a defense like this one yet. Bill P. will to have the Boys in a frenzy for this one, the way they were humiliated at home by the Giants last week. Its not Kurt Warner back there recognizing the defense and calling audibles this week it's a rookie, and Im telling you he will LOOK like a rookie this week!
Minnesota at New Orleans +2.5GET THE LIVE NFL BETTING LINE NOW! I only had 6 winners last week! One lock was going against New Orleans. The other was Minnesota. That should be enough right there, but wait theres more. If Tampa put up, 20 on that defense, whats Minnesota gonna do to them. 40? 42? If The Cardinals rolled up 34 on these guys whats Culpepper and Moss gonna do... I know it's a prime time game (I don't think my record has been too hot on the Sunday night games) anything can happen in a charged up prime time environment, especially with a talented fired up team. The Saints got Duece McAllister back and Joe Horn yada yada - whatever - Purple guys Big & Easy - unless they be drinking too many 'hurricanes' on Saturday night!

Ohio State at Iowa +2.5GET THE LIVE COLLEGE FOOTBALL BETTING LINES This one looked a lot sexier at the beginning of the season. Both teams have weaknesses, and both have been exposed on national television. The truth is, neither team is all that good... but both teams still have an outside shot at the Rose Bowl in an overall down year for the Big 11. After last week, Doc has lost faith in Ohio State. They are reeling. There is enough talent there to go into Iowa and get a win, but I just don't see it. These Hawkeyes aren't as tough as last year, but they are rested and will smell the blood in the water.
Arizona State at USC -10.5GET THE LIVE COLLEGE FOOTBALL BETTING LINES Arizona State at USC: Arizona State is surprisingly unbeaten, and looking real good. Andrew Walter is an absolute stud at QB. The Trojans, on the other hand, have not really lit the college world on fire despite their unblemished record. With all that talent, we want more from the guys in Crimson. This game will be a dangerous one for them. Matt Leinhart's top target, Steve Smith, is out for the year. Someone really needs to step up at reciever. USC has it's back against the wall. This game will show if they are champions or not. Doc still thinks they are. It's been tough, but these guys are still loaded with talent and really need to put together a complete effort. The cream always rises to the top.
