The Last team to play a game when it counted, is the first to play when it "doesn't count" this season. Against a team practically known for playing games that dont count. Well dont let them fool ya, any money wagered on this stinker counts, and so does the final score for those who do wager. Who cares if its mostly guys who will be bagging groceries come September playing in the final minutes when the game is on the line, its football dang it, and thats why you need the NFL Edge!
Forget QBs Johnson, Miller, Pennington, Testaverde. Most of this game will be played by guys further down the depth chart. The Jets will be looking at inexperienced rooks - like Brooks Bollinger, or Marquel Blackwell. Same could be said for Tampas Chris Simms, but the Bucs will also be playing Shaun King in this game and he is a seasoned vet. who shoud tear up the reserves on the Jets D late in this one.

The Hall of Fame game - Throwing down like Super Bowl No. 1. Only in the second half of this one the only thing Super Bowl caliber would be the uniforms. Forget about the Marquee guys - they will be in civis when this one is decided. The Chiefs have brought in a bunch of guys on defense looking to impress - the hunch is that they will get more playing time than the packs front liners. Only the Pack has more "back-up" offense with a preseason vet. in QB Pederson, but the real key is 3rd stringer Akili Smith - the one time No. 1 pick is now fighting for his NFL survival. I look for a determined effort from him. What you may not know though, is KC has another good pre-season performer on thier bench in QB J. Quinn. I'm Calling for a mild upset as KC reverses the fortunes of SB I in a game as meaningless as my last touch football outing. Computer likes the Pack though - so we compromise.
